  • Remote Support includes remotely provided labor preformed in the resolution of one service issue.
• Business Basic Onsite Support Call – $99.95
  • Including 2 hours of onsite labor to resolve issues with desktop, laptop, printer or mobile device for Sole Practitioner, Micro-Business & Home Office users.
  • Coverage for small networks with less than five computers, workstations, laptops, unmanaged networking and without a server.
• Business Premium Onsite Support Call – $149.95
  • Including 2 hours of onsite labor to resolve issues with desktop, laptop, printer or mobile device for Small Business users.
  • Coverage for networks with over five computers, workstations, laptops, networking and server.
• Professional Onsite Support Call – $199.95
  • Including 2 hours of onsite labor to resolve issues with network, email system or server for Small Businesses.
  • Coverage for networks with over five computers, workstations, laptops, server or managed network.
